中国西南地区城市“腹地—口岸”通道能力对地区工业发展的影响及其空间溢出效应

The Impact of the“Hinterland Port”Corridor Capacity of Cities in Southwestern China on Regional Industrial Development and Its Spatial Spillover Effects

摘要 “一带一路”开放大通道的建设在很大程度上推动了内陆腹地对外贸易的增长,从而促进了周边地区的工业进步。采用改进后的“腹地—口岸”通道能力测算模型,量化“腹地—口岸”通道建设对西南地区腹地城市工业发展水平的具体影响。通过莫兰指数检验变量的空间相关性,并运用SPDM方法研究“腹地—口岸”通道能力对工业发展的空间效应。研究结果发现,“腹地—口岸”通道能力呈现出明显的群状集聚和廊道效应,高值区有向铁路和公路沿线扩散的明显趋势。此外,“腹地—口岸”通道能力也对工业发展有着显著的正向推动作用,且这种促进作用具有经济特征异质性和产业结构异质性。经济发展水平较高、产业高级化水平较高的地区“腹地—口岸”通道能力会更加显著地发挥其正向促进作用;“一带一路”倡议的提出促进了开放大通道建设,地区对外互通能力及工业发展水平显著提升,这也进一步增强了“腹地—口岸”通道能力对西南地区工业发展的推动作用;“腹地—口岸”通道能力具有显著的正向空间溢出效应,增强本地区“腹地—口岸”通道能力可以进一步缩小西南地区各个城市间工业发展水平的差距,有利于西南地区经济协同发展。 The construction of the“the Belt and Road”opening channel has greatly promoted the growth of foreign trade in the inland hinterland,thus promoting the industrial progress in the surrounding areas.The study adopted an improved“hinterland port”channel capacity calculation model to quantify the specific impact of“hinterland port”channel construction on the industrial development level of hinterland cities in the southwest region.The spatial correlation of variables was tested by Moran’s I test,and the SPDM method was used to study the spatial effect of the“hinterland port”channel capacity on industrial development.Research has found that the capacity of the“hinterland port”channel exhibits a significant clustering and corridor effect,with high-value areas showing a clear trend of diffusion towards the railway and highway lines.In addition,the capacity of the“hinterland port”channel also has a significant positive promoting effect on industrial development,and this promoting effect has heterogeneity in economic characteristics and industrial structure.Regions with higher levels of economic development and industrial upgrading will have a more significant positive promoting effect of the“hinterland port”channel capacity;The proposal of the“the Belt and Road”initiative has promoted the construction of open channels,significantly improved the regional external connectivity and industrial development level,which further enhanced the“hinterland port”channel capacity to play a role in promoting the industrial development of southwest China;The capacity of the“hinterland port”channel has a significant positive spatial spillover effect,and enhancing the capacity of the local“hinterland port”channel can further narrow the gap in industrial development levels among cities in the southwest region,which is conducive to the coordinated development of the economy in the southwest region.
