摘要
超过一半的晚期癌症患者承受着长期慢性疼痛,阿片类药物并不能提供令人完全满意的疗效。中医学认为癌性疼痛病机为整体属虚、局部属实。枢机为事物沟通转圜运动的关键,少阴少阳共为人体枢机,少阴为在里之枢机,统领阴阳;少阳之枢意在“通路”,为阴阳气血水火运行之通路。文章通过中医学思维,阐明少阴少阳枢机不利在癌性疼痛产生发展中的关键作用,并提出应用温通法通过温利少阴、通利少阳,恢复少阴少阳枢机作用,扶助正气,祛邪止痛。
More than half of patients with advanced cancer suffer from long-term chronic pain,and opioids do not provide fully satisfactory results.According to traditional Chinese medicine,cancer pain is characterized by overall deficiency and localized reality.The pivot is the key to the communication and movement of things,and Shaoyin and Shaoyang are the pivot of the human body.Shaoyin is the pivot of the body in the interior of the body,which is in charge of Yin and Yang.Shaoyang is the pivot of the body in the“pathway”,which is the pathway for Yin and Yang of the movement of Qi,blood,water and fire.The article elucidated the unfavorable role of the Shaoyin and Shaoyang pivots in the development of cancer pain through the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,and proposed the application of the warming method to restore the role of the Shaoyin and Shaoyang pivots by warming and benefiting Shaoyin and Shaoyang,so as to help the positive Qi and get rid of the evils to relieve pain.
