摘要
“太阳为开”学术思想是开阖枢理论的重要组成部分,张仲景尤为重视开阖枢理论,将其贯穿于辨证论治体系的理法方药中。形证乃辨证论治之基础,故本文以形证为角度,探析“太阳为开”学术思想的辨治之理及临床意义,认为临证过程需紧抓形证,以有规律的症状组合的形式去分析疾病的功能状态,可在纷繁复杂的临床症状中迅速找到病因、病机,抓住辨证关键;并遵循太阳为开,经气畅则顺的治则,从而做到灵活运用经方,以取得良好的临床疗效。
The academic thought of“Taiyang Open”is an important part of the theory of opening-closing-pivot.ZHANG Zhongjing has paid special attention to the theory of opening-closing-pivot and applied it in the theory and method prescriptions of pattern differentiation and treatment system.Form syndrome is the basis of pattern differentiation and treatment.Therefore,from the perspective of form syndrome,this paper analyzes the theory and clinical significance of the academic thought of“Taiyang Open”,and holds that in the clinical process,it is necessary to pay close attention to the form syndrome and analyze the functional state of the disease in the form of regular combination of symptoms,so as to quickly find the cause and pathogenesis in the complicated clinical symptoms and grasp the key of syndrome differentiation.And follow the sun as the open,Qi smooth then shun the rule,so as to achieve flexible use of meridian prescription,in order to achieve good clinical efficacy.
