高效液相色谱法(High-Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)以其高分离效能、快速分析、高灵敏度及广泛适用性等特点,成为食品中微量成分分析的重要技术。本文通过阐述HPLC的基本原理和技术特点,探讨其在多种防腐剂和人工合成色素检测中的具体应用,并提出应用技术要点。以期为食品安全监控提供可靠的技术支持,从而更好地保障消费者健康。
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)has become an important technology for the analysis of trace components in food due to its high separation efficiency,rapid analysis,high sensitivity,and wide applicability.This article elaborates on the basic principles and technical characteristics of HPLC,explores its specific applications in the detection of various preservatives and synthetic pigments,and proposes key technical points for application.In order to provide reliable technical support for food safety monitoring and better safeguard consumer health.
