摘要
为了提高职业教育教学质量,满足现阶段经济转型发展的需求,一批职业院校由专科层次升格为本科。如何办好职业本科教育,培养出满足市场需求的高素质、高技能的综合型人才,已成为目前各个职业院校亟待解决且不断探索的问题。本文以汽车服务工程技术专业为例,从导师制培养模式的实施路径和必要性出发,就职业本科导师制人才培养模式进行了简要地探索,利于培养“多面手”和“大国工匠。”同时,提出了实施过程中需要具备的条件。
In order to improve the quality of vocational education and meet the needs of current economic transformation and development,a number of vocational colleges have upgraded from associate degree level to undergraduate level.How to run vocational undergraduate education well and cultivate high-quality and high skilled comprehensive talents that meet market demand has become an urgent problem that various vocational colleges need to solve and constantly explore.This article takes the automotive service engineering technology major as an example,starting from the implementation path and necessity of the mentorship training mode,briefly explores the vocational undergraduate mentorship talent training mode-which is conducive to cultivating"versatile"and"great country craftsmen".At the same time,some conditions that need to be met in the implementation process are proposed.
