应用型本科高校物流管理专业“双师课堂”教学实施路径研究——以晋中信息学院为例

摘要 随着物流行业的快速发展,应用型本科高校物流管理专业亟需培养兼具理论与实践能力的高素质人才。传统教学模式以理论讲授为主,实践环节薄弱,难以满足行业对创新思维和实践能力的需求。文中以晋中信息学院为例,系统探讨“双师课堂”教学模式的构建与实施路径,通过分析课程体系、教学方法、师资配置及校企合作现状,提出“全专业覆盖、全过程实施、全员参与、多种教学手段与方法”的“双师课堂”教学模式。研究结果表明,该模式通过整合校内外资源,显著提升了学生的实践能力和职业素养。文中进一步提出实训型“双师课堂”、师徒型“双师课堂”、伙伴型“双师课堂”三类双师课堂的具体实施路径,并通过试点课程验证其可行性与有效性,为应用型本科高校物流管理专业教学改革提供实践参考。 With the rapid development of the logistics industry,applied undergraduate programs in logistics management urgently need to cultivate high-quality talents with both theoretical and practical capabilities.Traditional teaching models,which primarily focus on theoretical instruction and lack practical components,struggle to meet the industry,s demands for innovative thinking and practical skills.This paper takes Jinzhong College of Information as an example to systematically explore the construction and implementation pathways of the“Dual-Teacher Classroom”teaching model.By analyzing the curriculum system,teaching methods,faculty allocation,and the current state of school-enterprise cooperation,a“Dual-Teacher Classroom”model characterized by“full-program coverage,whole-process implementation,full participation,and diverse teaching methods”is proposed.The research results indicate that this model significantly enhances students’practical abilities and professional competencies by integrating internal and external resources.Furthermore,this paper presents specific implementation pathways for three types of“Dual-Teacher Classrooms”:practical training-based,mentorship-based,and partnership-based.The feasibility and effectiveness of these pathways are validated through pilot courses,providing practical references for teaching reforms in applied undergraduate logistics management programs.
