摘要
目的通过CiteSpace对中医药管理相关文献进行可视化分析,探究中医管理研究热点和趋势。方法以中国知网数据库为文献分析数据来源,应用CiteSpace软件对符合要求的相关文献进行可视化分析并绘制知识图谱。结果本次研究共纳入文献392篇,2003—2022年间中医药管理相关研究发文量呈上升趋势;形成显著核心作者群但近年来新生作者和高产作者数量相对较少;机构合作情况较少,且近年来跨机构间鲜少进行合作研究。结论我国目前中医药管理领域研究热点主要聚焦于中医药管理信息化发展和应用、中医药管理人才培养和学科建设、中医药健康服务和养老研究。今后应进一步加强中医药管理研究领域作者及机构间合作,提高研究方法的先进性,推动科研发展,重视社会需求,贴合国家政策,发挥中医药特色和优势,积极和国际主流接轨。
Objective To explore the hot spots and trends of TCM management research by visualizing and analyzing TCM management-related literature through CiteSpace.Methods Using the China Knowledge Network database as the data source for literature analysis,CiteSpace software was applied to visualize and analyze the relevant literature that met the requirements and draw the knowledge map.Results A total of 392 literature articles were included in this study,and the number of TCM management-related research articles issued during 2003-2022 showed an increasing trend;a significant core group of authors was formed but the number of new and highly productive authors was relatively small in recent years;there were few institutional collaborations,and few collaborative studies were conducted between cross-institutions in recent years.Conclusion The current research hotspots in the field of TCM management in China mainly focus on the development and application of TCM management informationization,TCM management personnel training and discipline construction,and TCM health service and elderly research.In the future,we should further strengthen the cooperation among authors and institutions in the field of TCM management research,improve the advance of research methods,promote the development of scientific research,pay attention to social needs,fit in with national policies,give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM,and actively converge with the international mainstream.
