应用型本科机械设计课程实践的改革研究与实践

摘要 在新质生产力背景下,应用型本科机械设计课程实践面临传统教学内容陈旧、实践项目单一、教学方法滞后于数字化发展等问题。为此,基于OBE教育理念,以创新能力与机械设计能力培养为核心,开展课程改革与实践。通过优化教学内容,引入仿生机械、机器人结构设计等前沿案例,融合新一代信息技术与数字化设计工具,实现运动仿真、装配优化及可视化呈现;重构课程实践体系,将教师科研项目、机械创新大赛及企业实际项目融入实践选题,分层次提升学生创新能力。同时,推动传统减速器设计项目的数字化升级,采用自上而下的设计方法,结合CAE分析提升设计效率与精度。改革后,学生实践过程逻辑清晰,设计成果更贴合工程实际,有效解决了理论与实践脱节问题,为培养适应新质生产力需求的创新型机械设计人才提供了借鉴路径。 In the context of new quality productive forces,the practice of application-oriented undergraduate mechanical design courses faces issues such as outdated traditional teaching content,single practical projects,and teaching methods lagging behind digital development.To address this,based on the OBE educational philosophy,curriculum reform and practice are carried out with the cultivation of innovation ability and mechanical design ability as the core.By optimizing teaching content,introducing leading cases such as bionic machinery and robot structural design,and integrating new-generation information technology and digital design tools,motion simulation,assembly optimization,and visual presentation are achieved.The curriculum practice system is reconstructed,integrating teacher research projects,mechanical innovation competitions,and actual enterprise projects into practical topics to enhance students’innovation ability at different levels.At the same time,the digital upgrade of traditional reducer design projects is promoted,adopting a top-down design approach combined with CAE analysis to improve design efficiency and accuracy.After the reform,students’practical processes are logically clear,and their design outcomes are more aligned with engineering reality,effectively solving the problem of the disconnect between theory and practice.This provides a reference path for cultivating innovative mechanical design talents who can adapt to the needs of new quality productive forces.
