摘要
混合痔作为一种常见的肛肠疾病,保守治疗无效时多依赖手术,但术后易出现各类并发症。而中医快速康复外科(CMERAS)在混合痔围手术期管理中发挥重要作用。其以快速康复外科为根基,融合中医药独特优势,聚焦于减轻混合痔患者围手术期的应激反应,强化免疫功能以助力术后康复。近年来发现,将CMERAS应用于混合痔围手术期管理,可有效加速患者术后康复进程,提升患者生活质量。然而,CMERAS在标准化流程构建以及深入临床研究方面尚存在一定挑战。未来,需围绕解决这些问题展开研究,进一步完善CMERAS在混合痔治疗中的应用体系,推动这一模式走向成熟,使更多混合痔患者从中受益。
As a common anorectal disease,mixed hemorrhoids mostly rely on surgery when conservative treatment is ineffective,but various complications are prone to occur after surgery.The Chinese medicine in enhanced recovery after surgery(CMERAS)plays a pivotal role in the perioperative management of mixed hemorrhoids.Rooted in the principles of enhanced recovery after surgery,CMERAS amalgamates the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,focusing on mitigating the perioperative stress response during the and bolstering immune function to facilitate postoperative recovery.Recent studies have revealed that the application of CMERAS in the perioperative management of mixed hemorrhoids can significantly expedite the recovery process and enhance the quality of life for the patients.Nonetheless,challenges remain in the standardization of CMERAS protocols and the depth of clinical research.Future endeavors should concentrate on addressing these issues to refine the application system of CMERAS in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,thereby advancing this model towards maturity and enabling a greater number of patients to reap its benefits.
