摘要
数字孪生城市是智慧城市未来发展的重要方向,也是培育发展新质生产力的重要途径,研究其发展及产业应用极具现实意义。基于此,梳理数字孪生城市的理论内涵及发展现状,根据现有实践总结当前数字孪生城市应用面临的困难和挑战,提出推进数字孪生城市应用创新发展的建议,以期为数字孪生城市的深入发展以及新质生产力的培育提供参考与借鉴。通过系统剖析数字孪生城市的运行逻辑及所需的技术支撑体系,选取北京、上海和深圳3个具有代表性的地区作为研究样本,从发展规划和布局、技术能力建设、应用实践以及发展优势等维度总结上述城市的发展经验,为进一步深化数字孪生城市应用实践提供参考。结果表明:目前深入推进数字孪生城市应用仍面临诸多挑战,除了技术瓶颈外,技术和业务融合程度不高、可持续运营乏力、共建共治共享发展局面尚未形成等都制约着数字孪生城市的发展。未来,需要加快技术攻关、加大要素投入、从高价值应用场景切入,探索形成长效商业模式,强化合作,以构建共建共治共享发展新格局。
Digital twin cities are an important direction for the future development of smart cities and an important way to accelerate fostering new quality productive forces,therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development and industrial application of digital twin cities.Based on this,the theoretical connotation and development status of digital twin cities are reviewed,the existing practices are analyzed to summarize the current difficulties and challenges in digital twin city applications,and the recommendations are proposed to promote innovative development in this field,aiming to provide insights and references for the further advancement of digital twin cities and the cultivation of new quality productive forces.By systematically analyzing the operational logic and required technical support system of digital twin cities,three representative regions including Beijing,Shanghai,and Shenzhen are selected as research samples,the development experience of these cities is summarized from the dimensions of development planning and layout,technological capacity building,application practice,and development advantages,providing reference for further deepening the application practice of digital twin cities.The results indicate that many challenges remain in promoting the application of digital twin cities.Apart from technological bottlenecks,factors such as the low integration of technology and business,lack of sustainable operation,and the absence of a collaborative construction,collaborative governance,and shared development also hinder the development of digital twin cities.To build a collaborative construction,collaborative governance,and shared development,it is necessary to accelerate technological breakthroughs,increase factor investment,explore the formation of long-term business models from high-value application scenarios,and strengthen cooperation.
