摘要
加快培育畜牧业新质生产力是未来畜牧业发展的重点。基于2011—2022年我国30个省份(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,运用固定效应模型和中介效应模型,实证分析营商环境优化、人力资本和畜牧业新质生产力之间的关系。结果表明:营商环境优化能够显著促进畜牧业新质生产力的发展。中介效应检验表明,人力资本在营商环境优化和畜牧业新质生产力之间具有中介效应,即营商环境优化能够通过提升人力资本,间接促进畜牧业新质生产力的发展。研究结果可为未来加速培育畜牧业新质生产力、推动畜牧业高质量发展提供参考。
Accelerating the cultivation of new quality productivity in animal husbandry is a key focus for the future development of animal husbandry.Based on panel data from 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2011 to 2022,this study employs fixed-effects models and mediation effect models to empirically analyze the relationships among business environment optimization,human capital,and new quality productivity in animal husbandry.The results show that optimizing the business environment significantly promotes the development of new quality productivity in animal husbandry.Mediation effect tests indicate that human capital plays a mediating role between business environment optimization and new quality productivity in animal husbandry—that is,business environment optimization can indirectly enhance new quality productivity by improving human capital.The findings provide valuable insights for accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces in animal husbandry and promoting high-quality development in the sector.
