摘要
高职院校创新创业教育与就业指导、职业生涯规划密切相关。该文从就业导向出发,探讨高职院校创新创业课程体系建设的原则、目标与路径。课程体系包括创新创业通识课程、专业创新创业课程、创新创业实践课程、职业生涯规划与就业指导课程4个模块,融入思想政治教育元素;以促进学生全面发展为宗旨,突出实践性与应用性,注重学生个性化发展,提高学生的创新创业能力,满足其职业生涯规划需求。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges is closely related to employment guidance and career planning.This article explores the principles,goals,and paths of the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system in vocational colleges from the perspective of employment orientation.The curriculum system includes four modules:general courses on innovation and entrepreneurship,professional courses on innovation and entrepreneurship,practical courses on innovation and entrepreneurship,and courses on career planning and employment guidance,and incorporates elements of ideological and political education;With the aim of promoting students'comprehensive development,highlighting practicality and applicability,emphasizing personalized development,improving students’innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,and meeting their career planning needs.
