摘要
返乡创业青年作为“归雁群体”,正以新视野、新思路为乡村振兴提供强大人才支撑。随着乡村振兴战略向纵深发展,青年返乡创办企业提供就业岗位、技术扶持带动产业发展、智力支撑赋能人才培养,已取得显著实效。但由于镇域环境吸引力、资源供给力、政策保障力等方面仍有提升的空间,需要针对性地破解“归雁群体”助力乡村振兴的现存困境,从厚植地方发展环境、优化资源供给格局、完善政策保障体系等方面为返乡创业青年指明发展路径。
As a representative group of the"Returning Geese Group",young entrepreneurs re⁃turning to their hometowns are providing strong talent support for rural revitalization and development with new perspectives and ideas.With the deepening implementation of the rural revitalization strat⁃egy,significant results have been achieved in three aspects providing employment opportunities for young people returning home to establish enterprises,driving industrial development with technologi⁃cal support,and empowering talent cultivation with intellectual support to support rural revitalization.However,due to insufficient improvement in the town's environmental attractiveness,resource supply capacity,and policy guarantee mechanisms,it is necessary to address the existing dilemma of"return⁃ing geese group"to help rural revitalization,This paper further prposes the development path for re⁃turning young entrepreneurs from the aspects of by cultirating local development environment,opti⁃mizing resource supply pattern,and improving policy guarantee system.
