摘要
目的建立3岁以下婴幼儿照护智慧化管理系统,规范托育服务工作,推进区域托育管理水平高质量发展。方法基于智慧托育各方使用需求,从部门管理-机构服务-家庭照护打造多维度、多角色、场景化管理模式。结果婴幼儿照护智慧化管理系统在广州市全面应用,为行政管理部门、妇幼保健单位、托育机构、婴幼儿家庭提供一体化服务,提高托育机构管理效率。结论婴幼儿照护区域性、行业性综合管理初见成效,为广东省智慧托育管理体系建设提供了样本。
Objective To establish an intelligent management system for infant care,standardize childcare services,and promote the high-quality development of regional childcare management.Methods Based on the use needs of all parties,a multi-dimensional and multi-role scenario-based management model is created from department management-institutional service-family care.Results The intelligent management platform for infant care has been fully applied in Guangzhou,providing integrated services for administrative departments,maternal and child health units,childcare institutions,and infant families,and improving the management efficiency of childcare institutions.Conclusion The regional and industrial comprehensive management of infant care has achieved initial results,providing a sample for the construction of intelligent care management system in Guangdong province.
