摘要
水利工程作为一种公共基础设施,在社会发展、经济建设以及人们福祉等方面均发挥着重要作用。文章采用文献分析法与案例研究相结合方式,探讨水利工程项目质量的监督管理策略。研究结果表明,通过增强质量监督管理意识,落实好顶层设计、质量监督管理体系以及智慧化管理等要点,能够有效健全现代水利工程项目质量监管体系,保障工程建设安全稳定推进。
Water conservancy engineering,as a public infrastructure,plays an important role in social development,economic construction,and people̓s well-being.The article explores the supervision and management strategies for the quality of water conservancy engineering projects by combining literature analysis with case studies.The research results indicate that by enhancing the awareness of quality supervision and management,implementing key points such as top-level design,quality supervision and management system,and intelligent management,it is possible to effectively improve the quality supervision system of modern water conservancy engineering projects and ensure the safe and stable progress of engineering construction.
