摘要
建筑是我国主要碳排放领域之一,在国家“双碳”战略背景下如何调动各类主体积极性,推动建筑领域碳减排是目前的重点工作。近年来,部分地区开展了绿色金融推动建筑绿色低碳发展的实践探索,积累了丰富经验。本文对我国典型地区绿色金融支持建筑绿色低碳发展的实践进行了总结,并提出下一步工作建议,以期充分发挥绿色金融作用,促进我国建筑领域绿色转型。
The construction sector is one of the major carbon emission sources in China.Under the national“Dual Carbon”strategy,mobilizing the enthusiasm of various stakeholders to promote carbon reduction has become a key task in the construction sector.During recent years,some regions have carried out practical explorations of using green finance to advance green and low-carbon building development,accumulating rich experience.This paper summarizes the practices of green finance supporting green and low-carbon development in typical regions of China and proposes suggestions for future work,aiming to fully leverage the role of green finance and accelerate the green transformation of construction sector in China.
