摘要
天然橡胶是一种重要的工业原料和战略资源,主要产自巴西橡胶树,橡胶树组培苗是新一代种植材料且需求量逐年增加,组培苗在不同生长阶段需要不同母液配比的培养基。目前培养基配制仍依赖人工,存在生产效率低、质量一致性差、保密性弱等问题,是橡胶树组培苗工厂化生产的瓶颈问题之一。该文基于橡胶树组培苗培养基配制工艺流程与对装备的技术需求,研发设计了一种橡胶树组培苗培养基智能配制与输送装备样机,重点阐述了样机关键硬件、PLC控制系统的设计思路,剖析了装备的特点、功能与优势,以期实现培养基精准、高效配制,确保培养基质量一致性,为橡胶树组培苗工厂化智能生产提供技术支撑。
The primary source of natural rubber,a vital industrial raw material and strategic resource,is Hevea brasiliensis.Rubber tree tissue culture seedlings represent a new generation of tissue culture materials,and demand for them is rising steadily.Different mother liquor proportions are required for tissue culture seedlings at different growth stages.The preparation of the culture medium is still done by hand today,which has drawbacks including low production efficiency,inconsistent quality,and weak confidentiality.This is one of the bottleneck issues in the factory production of rubber tree tissue culture seedlings.This study researched and built a prototype of intelligent preparation and transportation equipment based on the rubber tree tissue culture seedling medium preparation process and equipment technical requirements.To accomplish precise and effective culture medium preparation,the key hardware of the prototype and the PLC control system's design concept were clearly explained,and the features,benefits,and functions of the apparatus were analyzed.The goal of the research was to guarantee media quality uniformity and offer technological assistance for the industrialized production of rubber tree tissue culture seedlings.
