摘要
目的探讨AIDET沟通模式联合童趣化护理在接受腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿中的应用效果。方法选取临沂市妇幼保健院综合外科病区2023年1月至2024年11月收治的行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的62例患儿为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组各31例。对照组采取常规围手术期护理措施,观察组在此基础上运用AIDET沟通模式联合童趣化护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后6、12、24 h的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后恢复指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论AIDET沟通模式联合童趣化护理能够有效促进腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿术后康复,减轻患儿疼痛,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,改善就医体验。
Objective To explore the application effect of AIDET communication model combined with childlike nursing in children undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods A total of 62 children who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy admitted to the General Surgery Ward of Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing measures,and the observation group applied the AIDET communication model combined with childlike nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 6,12,and 24 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the AIDET communication model and childlike nursing can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of children undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy,relieve their pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve the medical experience.
