摘要
目的探讨心理韧性在妇产科护士心理资本和创新行为间的中介作用,为优化护理服务质量提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,应用心理资本量表、心理韧性量表和护士创新行为量表对乌鲁木齐市三所三甲医院225名妇产科护士进行问卷调查,使用统计分析法验证三者之间的作用机制。结果相关分析显示:心理资本、心理韧性和护士创新行为三者之间呈正相关(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。心理韧性在心理资本与护士创新行为间具有部分中介作用,占总效应的27.42%。结论心理资本既能直接影响护士创新行为,又能通过心理韧性间接对护士创新行为起作用,因此,护理管理者应重视护士心理建设,强化精神内核,提高护士内在驱动力,营造积极创新的组织氛围,进而提高护士创新行为。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of mental toughness on psychological capital and innovative behavior of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology,so as to provide basis for optimizing nursing service quality.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate 225 nurses in obstetrics and gynecology from three Grade A hospitals in Urumqi by psychological capital scale,mental resilience scale and nurses innovation behavior scale.The mechanism of action among psychological capital,mental resilience and innovative behavior was verified by statistical analysis.Results Correlation analysis showed that psychological capital,mental resilience and innovative behavior of nurses were positively correlated(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Psychological resilience has a partial mediating effect between psychological capital and innovative behavior of nurses,accounting for 27.42%of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological capital can not only directly affect the innovative behavior of nurses,but also indirectly affect the innovative behavior of nurses through psychological resilience.Therefore,nursing managers should attach importance to nurses′psychological construction,strengthen their spiritual core,enhance their internal driving force,create a positive and innovative organizational atmosphere,and thereby improve nurses′innovative behavior.
