摘要
戊酮是一种农药中间体,能生产多种下游化工产品,作用广泛。戊酮生产过程中产污环节较多,产生污染物的种类较多,主要包括废气、废水、固体废物、噪声等,可对周围生态环境及人体健康造成严重影响。通过对某戊酮建设项目的生产工艺、原辅材料、设备等进行分析,确定生产过程的产污环节及污染物类型,并通过对建设项目拟采取的污染防治措施进行分析,并提出持续改进的补充措施及建议,以提高建设项目运行的环保性、节能性、稳定性。并为其他项目污染防治措施的制定提供借鉴和参考。
Pentanone is a kind of pesticide intermediate,which can produce a variety of downstream chemical products and has a wide range of functions.There are many pollution links in the production process of pentanone,and there are many kinds of pollutants,mainly including waste gas,waste water,solid waste and noise,which can cause serious impact on the surrounding ecological environment and human health.This paper analyzes the production process,raw materials and equipment of a certain pentanone construction project,determines the pollution links and types of pollutants in the production process,and analyzes the pollution prevention and control measures to be taken by the construction project,and puts forward supplementary measures and suggestions for continuous improvement to improve the environmental protection,energy saving and stability of the construction project operation,and provides reference and reference for the formulation of pollution prevention and control measures for other projects.
