摘要
氯碱化工一直都是一项高污染、高能耗与高风险的行业,在企业生产过程中经常会面临有毒、有害、难降解等废弃物,管理不当就会对环境形成极大的污染。特别是面对社会快速发展的经济对环境负面影响的加剧和国家循环经济理念的提出,企业发展循环经济成为重要的管理方向。在循环经济背景下,进行氯碱化工环保全过程管理体系的构建,通过一系列环保措施与规定,优化氯碱企业的产业布局与结构,推动氯碱化工行业的可持续发展至关重要。
Chlor-alkali chemical industry has always been an industry with high pollution,high energy consumption and high risk,which often faces toxic,harmful and hard-to-degrade wastes in the production process of enterprises,and improper management will form great pollution to the environment.Especially in the face of the rapid development of society’s economy on the negative impact on the environment,the national concept of circular economy continues to develop,enterprise development of circular economy has become an important management direction.In the context of circular economy,it is crucial to construct a whole process management system for chlor-alkali chemical industry to optimize the industrial layout and structure of chlor-alkali enterprises and promote the sustainable development of chlor-alkali chemical industry through a series of environmental protection measures and regulations.
