通过数值模拟与实验研究,对反应釜焊接工艺进行优化

摘要 在使用过程中,由于应力集中,反应釜焊缝处经常发生泄漏。降低焊接残余应力和变形是提高其使用寿命的关键。采用数值模拟和实验验证相结合的方法,对反应釜的焊接工艺优化进行了研究。充分分析了环焊缝的焊接顺序和焊接起始位置对焊接残余应力和变形的影响。为了验证该焊接工艺的有效性,进行了全尺寸焊接实验和脉冲压力实验。反应釜脉冲次数达10万次以上,满足了企业对焊接质量的要求。本文对提高反应釜的使用寿命,实现经济效益的增长具有一定的指导意义。 In the process of use,due to stress concentration,leakage often occurs at the weld of the reactor.Reducing welding residual stress and deformation is the key to improve its service life.The welding process optimization of reactor was studied by numerical simulation and experimental verification.The effects of welding sequence and starting position of girth weld on residual stress and deformation were fully analyzed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the welding process,full-scale welding experiments and pulse pressure experiments were carried out.The reactor pulse times reached more than 100000 times,which met the requirements of enterprises for welding quality.This paper has certain guiding significance to improve the service life of the reactor and realize the growth of economic benefit.
