内缩式316L换热管与管板焊接接头组织与性能 被引量:3

摘要 中间冷却器设备换热管的材料为SA-213 TP316L,管板基材为SA-765GrⅡ,不锈钢堆焊层为309MoL+316L,管端内缩深度为3.5 mm,管孔端面加工50°坡口,对于此类内缩式结构的换热管与板焊接的相关研究较少,故针对此结构的换热管与管板焊接接头进行焊接工艺研究。通过对氩弧焊丝直径和打底焊焊接工艺对焊接接头质量的影响,进行了渗透检测、射线检测、宏观检测、角焊缝的测量,微观组织以及显微硬度的测量,确定了采用首层自熔+3遍填丝焊接,焊缝均匀饱满、成形美观,焊接质量稳定,可有效解决换热管根部未焊透的现象,焊接接头与母材熔合良好,组织为奥氏体组织;焊缝部位硬度最高,即高于母材和热影响区;角焊缝尺寸满足相关标准要求。 The heat exchange tube material of intermediate cooler equipment is SA-213 TP316L,tubesheet base material is SA-765Gr Ⅱ and surfacing is E309MoL and E316L,tube indention length is 3.5 mm, and tube hole end face is processed with 50° groove.Because there are few researches on tube-to-tube sheet welding with this indented structure, the heat exchange tube-to-tube sheet welding technology was studied.The influence of the diameter of argon arc welding wire and the first layer on welding quality was analyzed and penetrant inspection, radiographic inspection, macrostructure inspection, fillet weld measurement, microstructure and micro hardness measurement were carried out.The adoption of self-fusion + three times of filler wire welding was determined for the first layer.The weld was uniform and full, the forming was nice, and the welding quality was stable.This welding process can effectively solve the phenomenon of incomplete fusion of the heat exchange tube root, the fusion of the welded joint and base metal is good and the microstructure is austenitic.The hardness of the welded area is the highest, that is, higher than the base metal and heat affected zone;the fillet weld size meets the requirements of relevant standard.
