摘要
旋喷桩加固施工技术作为一种有效的地基处理方法,在房建工程中发挥着重要作用。文章研究了某高层住宅项目旋喷桩加固的施工过程,探讨了水泥浆液配比、喷射压力、提升速度等关键参数对加固效果的影响。研究结果表明,当水泥浆液水灰比为0.8~1.0,喷射压力维持在25~30 MPa,提升速度控制在0.2~0.3 m/min时,旋喷桩具备较高的抗压强度和承载力。
As an effective foundation treatment method,the construction technology of rotary jet grouting pile reinforcement plays an important role in building construction projects.The article studied the construction process of rotary jet grouting pile reinforcement in a high-rise residential project,and explored the influence of key parameters such as cement slurry ratio,injection pressure,and lifting speed on the reinforcement effect.The research results show that when the water cement ratio of cement slurry is 0.8~1.0,the spraying pressure is maintained at 25~30 MPa,and the lifting speed is controlled at 0.2~0.3 m/min,the rotary jet grouting pile has high compressive strength and bearing capacity.
