考虑土体不均匀变形和临近结构物力学行为的高压旋喷桩优化研究 被引量:8

Optimal Study of High Pressure Jet Grouting Pile Considering Differential Deformation of Soils and Mechanical Behaviors of Adjacent Structures

摘要 针对深基坑、临近既有车站、高压旋喷桩之间的力学耦合效应,以土体不均匀变形和临近结构物变形为控制参数,探究高压旋喷桩的优化。采用GTS NX有限元软件建立深基坑-临近既有车站-高压旋喷桩整体有限元模型,利用监测数据验证模型的准确性。基于深基坑施工对临近结构物的变形影响分析,对高压旋喷桩的位置、刚度和嵌入深度进行优化。在此基础上考虑到深基坑与高压旋喷桩之间的土体存在不均匀变形现象,对高压旋喷桩底部进行优化,进而分析高压旋喷桩优化后的基坑围护墙和临近既有车站的变形。研究结果表明,优化后模型的基坑围护墙最大水平位移减少约9.6%;既有车站变形减少约28.6%;在实际施工过程中,可以通过对高压旋喷桩进行优化,达到深基坑施工时减小对临近结构物的影响,可以对类似工程具有指导意义。 Aiming at the coupling effect of mechanical behaviors of deep foundation pit,adjacent existing station and high-pressure jet grouting pile,the optimization of high-pressure jet grouting pile was investigated by taking differential deformation of soils and deformation of adjacent structure as control parameters.The GTS NX finite element software was used to establish the integral finite element model of deep foundation pit-adjacent existing station-high pressure jet grouting pile,and the accuracy of the model was verified by monitoring data.Based on the analysis of the influence of deep foundation pit construction on the deformation of adjacent structures,the position,stiffness and embedment depth of high-pressure jet grouting pile were optimized.On this basis,considering the differential deformation of soils between deep foundation pit and high-pressure jet grouting pile,the bottom of high-pressure jet grouting pile was optimized,and the deformation of the foundation pit and the adjacent existing station was analyzed after optimizing the retaining wall.The results show that the maximum horizontal displacement of retaining wall can be reduced by 9.6%after optimization.The deformation of existing stations can be reduced by 28.6%.In the actual construction process,optimizing the high pressure jet grouting pile can reduce the influence on adjacent structures in deep foundation pit construction,which can provide guidance for similar projects.
