摘要
针对准东二矿快速掘进需求,分析了CMM2-28Y型自动化锚杆钻机主要技术参数、技术特征和作业工序,并系统分析了设备行走机构、机体本部机构、钻臂及推进机构、前后部支撑机构、液压系统、电气系统的设计方案。在此基础上结合实际掘进技术条件,优化了掘进与锚固工艺,并用于现场实践。结果表明,该锚杆钻机的应用使掘进工作面有效平行作业时间增加至35 min,循环作业时间缩短33.33%,月平均进尺增幅60%以上,达到450 m,获得了良好的技术经济效益。
In response to the rapid heading requirements of Zhundong No.2 mine,analyzed the main technical parameters,technical features and operational processes of the CMM2-28Y type automated bolt drilling rig.A systematic analysis of the design schemes for the machine′s walking mechanism,main body structure,drilling arm and advancing mechanism,front and rear support mechanisms,hydraulic system,and electrical system was conducted.Based on this analysis and in combination with actual heading technical conditions,the heading and anchoring processes were optimized and applied in field practice.The results indicate that the application of this bolt drilling rig increases the effective parallel operation time of the excavation face to 35 minutes,reduces the cycle operation time by 33.33%,and increases the monthly average advance by more than 60%,reaching 450 m.It achieves significant technical and economic benefits.
