摘要
文章基于双重预防机制,系统分析了化工生产中多源异构风险的识别技术,重点探讨了风险分级管控、隐患排查、智能监测及数据驱动评估方法,提出了融合AI与物联网的精准实时识别路径。旨在构建多维度协同识别体系,为化工行业风险防控智能化提供技术支撑。
Based on the dual prevention mechanism,this paper systematically analyzes the identification technology of multi-source heterogeneous risks in chemical production,focuses on risk hierarchical management and control,hidden danger investigation,intelligent monitoring and data-driven evaluation methods,and proposes an accurate real-time identification path integrating AI and the Internet of Things.It aims to build a multi-dimensional collaborative identification system to provide technical support for the intelligent risk prevention and control of the chemical industry.
