摘要
随着化工行业的不断进步和发展,化工产品种类也在迅速扩张,在生产中所涉及到的工艺需要不断进行完善和优化,化工工艺也朝着高参数、自动化、多样化的方向发展。在实际的生产过程中,需要加强对化工工艺风险识别和安全评价的相关工作,避免在化工生产过程中出现较为严重的安全事故,减少相应的安全风险和隐患,确保化工生产能够安全顺利地进行。文章主要从化工工艺目前安全评价现状进行分析,突出具体的安全评价和风险识别技术内容。
With the continuous progress and development of the chemical industry in China,the types of chemical products are also expanding rapidly,the processes involved in the production need to be continuously improved and optimized,and the chemical process also develops in the direction of high parameters,automation and diversification.In the actual production process,it is necessary to strengthen the risk identification and safety evaluation of chemical process,avoid more serious safety accidents in the process of chemical production,reduce the corresponding safety risks and hidden dangers,and ensure the safe and smooth progress of chemical production.This paper mainly analyzes the current safety evaluation status of the chemical process,and highlights the specific safety evaluation and risk identification technology content.
