摘要
中国社会工作硕士专业学位研究生的培养自2009年启动以来,从无到有,从小到大,发展至今已初具规模,取得了显著的成绩,也出现了一些问题。适时总结国内外社会工作硕士培养经验,有助于提升培养质量。考察国外社会工作硕士培养路径,发现美国的职业化培养模式、英国的二元结构模式、澳大利亚的多元融合模式等具有可借鉴之处;国内社会工作硕士的培养,也积累了不少经验,产生了理论实践并重论、双导师论等做法,亦具有较强的科学合理性,同样值得梳理和总结。在大力推进“双一流”建设的环境下,中国各院校的社会工作硕士点应紧跟时代步伐,革故鼎新,实施培养新策略,大力提升社会工作硕士培养质量,为社会输送更多优秀的高层次社会工作专业人才。
Since the inception of Master's Degree programs in Social Work for graduate students in China in 2009,the field has grown steadily from scratch to its current substantial scale.It has made remarkable achievements but has also encountered some challenges.A timely review of both domestic and international experiences in master of social work education is crucial for improving training quality.By examining international models of master of social work education,it is found that the professional training model in the United States,the dual-structure model in the United Kingdom,and the integrated model in Australia offer valuable insights.In China,social work master's programs have also accumulated considerable experience,leading to practices such as the theory-practice integration and dual-supervisor approaches,which are grounded in scientific rationality and deserve further review and synthesis.In the context of China's"Double First-Class"Initiative,master of social work programs in Chinese universities must keep abreast of the times,embrace innovation and reform,implement new strategies,and significantly enhance the quality of training to produce more outstanding high-level social work professionals for society.
