摘要
在舰船的制造过程中,钢结构的焊接是最常用和最关键的环节,在保证船体结构强度的同时也能简化船体的结构复杂程度。焊接缺陷是指焊接过程中由于内在或外在的原因,导致船体焊缝位置出现焊接质量问题,焊接缺陷对船体强度有非常不利的影响。本文介绍常见的船舶焊接缺陷及形成的原因,介绍了焊接缺陷检测的常用手段,最后针对提高船舶焊接质量的问题提出一些解决措施,有一定的实际指导意义。
In the process of ship manufacturing,the welding of steel structure is the most common and key link,which can not only ensure the strength of the hull structure,but also simplify the complexity of the hull structure.Welding defects refer to the welding quality problems in the welding process due to internal or external reasons.Welding defects have a very negative impact on the hull strength.This paper introduces the common ship welding defects and the causes of formation,introduces the common means of welding defect detection,and finally puts forward some solutions to improve the quality of ship welding,which has a certain practical significance.
