摘要
在工业生产过程当中,需要对各种不同类型的材料进行焊接,因为各个方面的因素影响,在材料焊接结构上会产生不同类型的缺陷问题,对焊接质量和设备质量产生了明显影响。通过对X射线自动检测技术的有效运用,其中主要包含了图像增强、图像识别以及模式识别等,对提升焊接质量起到了重要影响。
In the process of industrial production,different types of materials need to be welded.Due to the influence of various factors,different types of defects will occur in the welding structure of materials,which has obvious influence on the quality of welding and equipment.Through the effective application of X-ray automatic detection technology,which mainly includes image enhancement,image recognition and pattern recognition,it has played an important role in improving welding quality.
