摘要
一个时代通常会有着与其风貌相匹配的经典理论观念,命门观念于古代经典医籍与名家流派之中亘古绵延,也是中医学术发展的学理根基之一。命门在医学典籍中有着不同的论述理路,面对唐宋医学典籍中的命门抽象化,明代的江南儒医力图援理释医使其具象化,研究以坚守经典医籍的本真性、夯实儒医学派的学思性为原则,通过分释命门观念的医籍演绎、医理蕴生、医案铺陈、医论养成等层面,解析对比了古代江南儒医学派代表人物的命门理论,以此彰显命门思维中的异中思同、同中存异与承继创新。
An era usually has classical theoretical concepts that match its style.The concept of Mingmen has lasted forever in ancient classic medical books and famous schools,and is also one of the academic foundations for the academic development of traditional Chinese medicine.Mingmen has different ways of discussing Mingmen in medical classics.Faced with the abstraction of Mingmen theory in medical classics of the Tang and Song dynasties,Confucian doctors from the Jiangnan area in the Ming dynasty tried to support the theory and explanation of medicine to make it concrete,and conducted research to adhere to the authenticity and consolidate the classic medical books.Based on the principle of academic thinking of the Confucian medical school,it analyzes and compares the Mingmen theory of representatives of the ancient Jiangnan Confucian medical school by analyzing the interpretation of medical books,the accumulation of medical theory,the presentation of medical cases,and the cultivation of medical theories.This demonstrates Mingmen's thinking of thinking about the same amidst differences,reserving differences while sharing the same,and inheriting and innovating.
