摘要
本文对纺织服装制造产业技术的国内外专利信息进行了检索和分析。借助incoPat专利数据库检索和专利导航比较分析方法,对关键技术相关专利的总体申请趋势、技术构成、活跃度及主要申请人分布进行分析。通过图表可视化展示,比较了分析对象在特定参考指标下的专利数量及分布情况,了解分析对象在各技术分支方向的创新热度。分析结果表明,纺织服装制造产业技术相关专利的申请总量为650574件,申请量发展趋势主要包含萌芽期、初步发展期和快速发展期三个阶段。中国相关技术专利申请量占全球的60.61%,居全球首位,在高端纺织服装制造产业新兴技术领域的专利申请量显著高于其他国家,但高价值重点专利集中在欧美和日韩等纺织工业发达国家。国内的纺织服装制造产业规模大而不强,近15年的发展势头强劲,目前缺乏有国际竞争力的强企和产业集群,相关技术专利的海外占有率不足。
This article conducted a search and analysis of domestic and foreign patent information on the technology of textile and clothing manufacturing industry.Through using the incoPat patent database search and patent navigation comparative analysis methods,the overall application trend,technical composition,activity level and distribution of major applicants for important technology related patents were analyzed.Based on visual display of figures,the numbers and distributions of patents of analysis objects under specific reference indicators were compared,so as to understand the innovation heat of analysis objects in various technical branches.The analysis results indicate that the total number of applications for key technology related patents in the textile and clothing manufacturing industry is 650574.The development trend of application volume mainly includes three stages:embryonic stage,preliminary stage and rapid development stage.The number of the related technology patent applications in China accounts for 60.61%of the global total,which ranks first in the world in terms of application volume.Also,in the emerging technology field of high-end textile and clothing manufacturing industry,the patent application volume from China is significantly higher than those from other countries.High value key patents are mainly concentrated in textile industry powerhouses,such as the European and American developed countries,Japan and South Korea.The domestic textile and clothing manufacturing industry is large but not strong,and has a strong development momentum in the past 15 years.Currently,there is a lack of strong enterprises and industrial clusters with international competitiveness,and meanwhile the overseas market share of related technology patents is insufficient.
