摘要
海藻酸钠作为天然高分子材料具有良好的生物相容性、无毒、阻燃性、生物降解性等优点。介绍了海藻酸钠的结构和性质,从物理改性和化学改性两方面概述了近几年对于海藻酸钠功能化改性的相关研究,主要包括物理共混方法,接枝、氧化、交联、酯化、酰胺化等化学方法对海藻酸钠进行改性,使得改性后的海藻酸钠具备较好的稳定性和一些其他特殊化学性质,实现海藻酸钠在食品行业、医药卫生行业、日化行业、纺织工业、生物技术、废水处理等多领域的应用。最后展望了改性海藻酸钠未来的发展方向和发展前景。
As a natural polymer material,sodium alginate has the advantages of good biocompatibility,non-toxicity,flame retardant and biodegradability.In this paper,the structure and properties of sodium alginate were introduced.From two aspects of physical modification and chemical modification,the recent studies on functional modification of sodium alginate were summarized,including the physical blending method,chemical modification method of grafting,oxidation,crosslinking,esterification and amidation.Modified sodium alginate has good stability and some other special chemical properties,and can be used in food,medicine and health care industry,daily chemical industry,textile industry,biotechnology industry and so on.Finally,the future development direction and prospect of modified alginate sodium were forecasted.
