摘要
本文基于2011—2021年30个省份面板数据,运用超效率SBM-GML模型测算绿色全要素生产率,构建固定效应和空间杜宾模型,实证分析数字产业协同创新对绿色全要素生产率的影响,并探讨其中的作用机制。研究表明,数字产业协同创新能够有效提升绿色全要素生产率,且具有显著的空间溢出效应。其中,数字产业协同创新可通过改善资源配置效率来提升绿色全要素生产率。此外,数字产业协同创新对东部地区、经济发达地区和高绿色全要素生产率地区的绿色全要素生产率提升作用更明显。因此,为充分发挥数字产业协同创新对绿色全要素生产率的推动作用,应进一步完善顶层支持体系,打破时空界限,构建跨区域协同创新平台。
This study employs panel data from 30 Chinese provinces spanning 2011 to 2021,using the super-efficiency SBM-GML model to measure green total factor productivity(GTFP).Fixed-effects and spatial Durbin models(SDM)are constructed to empirically analyze the impact of digital industry collaborative innovation on GTFP and explore its underlying mechanisms.The results demonstrate that digital industry collaborative innovation significantly enhances GTFP and exhibits substantial spatial spillover effects.Specifically,it improves GTFP by increasing resource allocation efficiency.Furthermore,the positive effect is more pronounced in eastern regions,economically developed areas,and regions with higher GTFP levels.To fully leverage the role of digital industry collaborative innovation in promoting GTFP,policymakers should further refine top-level institutional support,break down spatial and temporal barriers,and establish cross-regional collaborative innovation platforms.
