亲湿地环境的乡村民居低碳改造设计策略——以湖北省石首市团山寺镇为例

摘要 湿地作为重要的生态屏障,对实现国家“双碳”目标和维护生物多样性具有关键意义。然而,传统乡村民居在选材和能耗模式上往往忽视湿地生态价值,导致湿地面积缩减、功能退化、碳排放上升等问题。以湖北省石首市团山寺镇为例,综合分析其地理气候特征、湿地资源状况及传统民居的结构形式和建造特点,指出当地民居存在的问题,基于湿地保护需求和低碳发展理念,提出适宜于湿地环境的低碳化改造策略。通过具体技术路径,有效降低建筑能耗,同时为湿地生态修复提供助力。研究表明,通过优化建筑选材与设计、整合被动式节能及雨水收集等系统,可在满足居民现代生活需求的前提下显著提升民居的环境适应能力和舒适度,并进一步促进生态旅游、特色农业等绿色产业发展。为湿地环境下的乡土建筑改造及湿地生态保护均提供参考,推动城乡融合与生态文明建设。 Wetlands,as important ecological barriers,are of key significance to the achievement of the national"double carbon"target and the maintenance of biodiversity.However,traditional rural dwellings often neglect the ecological value of wetlands in the selection of materials and energy consumption patterns,resulting in the shrinking of wetland areas,degradation of functions,and rising carbon emissions.Taking Tuanshan Temple Town,Shishou City,Hubei Province as an example,we comprehensively analyse its geographical and climatic characteristics,wetland resource status and the structural form and construction characteristics of traditional residential houses,point out the problems existing in local residential houses,and propose a low-carbon transformation strategy suitable for the wetland environment based on wetland protection needs and the concept of low-carbon development.Through specific technical paths,the building energy consumption can be effectively reduced,and at the same time,the ecological restoration of the wetland can be facilitated.The study shows that by optimising the selection of building materials and design,integrating passive energy saving and rainwater collection systems,the environmental adaptability and comfort of residential buildings can be significantly improved on the premise of meeting the needs of residents'modern life,and further promoting the development of green industries such as eco-tourism and speciality agriculture.It provides a reference for the transformation of vernacular architecture in wetland environment and the ecological protection of wetland,and promotes the integration of urban and rural areas and the construction of ecological civilisation.
