摘要
随着数智化技术的发展,管理信息化系统在企业生产、经营和管理过程中扮演着重要角色。管理信息化系统模块众多、业务逻辑复杂,其运行维护存在效率低、成本高、风险难以控制等问题。文章提出了基于信息技术服务标准(Information Technology Service Standards,ITSS)的管理信息化系统运维平台建设方案,在ITSS标准的指导下构建一个高效稳定且安全可靠的运维平台,以降低运维成本,提升企业管理信息化系统运维数智化水平。
With the development of digital intelligence technology,management information systems play a crucial role in enterprise production,operations,and management.These systems often consist of numerous modules and complex business logic,leading to challenges such as low maintenance efficiency,high costs,and difficulty in risk control.This paper proposes a management information system operation and maintenance platform construction plan based on the Information Technology Service Standards(ITSS).Guided by ITSS standards,the proposed platform aims to establish a highly efficient,stable,and secure maintenance system,reducing operational costs and enhancing the digital intelligence level of enterprise management information system maintenance.
