摘要
从医院后勤智能化需求分析的角度,阐述了智慧管理所面临的新需求、新技术和新挑战.全面介绍了能耗计量、设备监控、运维服务、分析决策和关键技术模块,探索打造一套涵盖医院能耗计量、设备监测、运维服务和分析决策4大模块的后勤智能化综合管理平台,通过"1平台、4模块",实现医院能耗与设备运行监控、综合运维管理及领导决策分析的有效整合,促进后勤管理向数字化、智能化发展,为实现现代化医院经营管理提供有力保障.
This article expands the new demands,tech no logies and challe nges faced by intellige nt management from the perspective of the intelligent demand analysis of hospital logistics.It explores to build a set of intelligent logistics integrated management platform covering four modules,hospital energy consumption metering,equipment monitoring,operation and maintenance services and analysis and decision-making.Through"one platform and four modules",the effective integration of hospital energy consumption and equipment operation monitoring,comprehensive operation and maintenance management,and leadership decision analysis can be realized.It will promote the digital and intelligent development of logistics management and provide a strong guarantee for the realization of modern hospital management.
