摘要 以木耳采摘机为例,设计一套基于UG和PLC的数字孪生虚拟仿真实验系统.利用UG软件构建木耳采摘机的三维模型,通过PLC编程对虚拟木耳采摘机进行逻辑控制,通过OPC服务器建立UG模型与PLC之间的通信,实现虚拟模型和PLC之间实时的数据交换和状态同步.该实验案例可支撑数字孪生仿真设计、PLC编程及通信配置等实践教学项目,通过该系统的实验教学可提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,提升教学效果. A set of simulation experiment system with digital twin virtual was designed based on UG and PLC taking the fungus harvester as an example.Firstly,The UG software was used to construct the three-dimensional model of the fungus picking machine,and then,the motion of the virtual fungus picking machine is controlled by PLC,and finally,in order to realize real-time data exchange and status synchronisation between the virtual model and the PLC,the communication between the UG model and the PLC was established through the OPC server.The experimental system can support practical teaching projects such as digital twin simulation design,PLC programming and communication configuration.Through the experimental teaching of the system,the students’practical ability and innovation ability can be improved,and the teaching effect also can be improved.
