摘要
目的:探究凉泻针法治疗白内障超声乳化术后肝经郁热型中度干燥性角结膜炎伴焦虑、抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月启东市中医院收治的60例白内障超声乳化术后肝经郁热型中度干燥性角结膜炎伴焦虑、抑郁患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=30,聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合凉泻针法治疗)与对照组(n=30,聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗)。比较两组眼部症状,焦虑、抑郁程度,治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间延长,角膜荧光素染色试验评分降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.041)。结论:聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合凉泻针法在白内障超声乳化术后肝经郁热型中度干燥性角结膜炎伴焦虑、抑郁患者中的应用效果较好,可以改善患者的眼部症状,缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of cooling-draining acupuncture in treating moderate dry keratoconjunctivitis with anxiety and depression of liver channel stagnation-heat pattern after phacoemulsification for cataract.Methods:Sixty patients with moderate dry keratoconjunctivitis accompanied by anxiety and depression of liver channel stagnation-heat pattern after phacoemulsification for cataract,admitted to Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023,were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=30,treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops combined with cooling-draining acupuncture)and a control group(n=30,treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops alone).Ocular symptoms,anxiety and depression levels,and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,both groups showed prolonged Schirmer I test results and tear film breakup time,as well as reduced corneal fluorescein staining scores,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.041).Conclusion:The combination of polyvinyl alcohol eye drops and cooling-draining acupuncture shows favorable efficacy in patients with moderate dry keratoconjunctivitis and anxiety/depression of liver channel stagnation-heat pattern after phacoemulsification for cataract,improving ocular symptoms and alleviating negative emotional states such as anxiety and depression.
