The paper discusses the application and value of mechatronics technology in intelligent manufacturing.Mechatronics technology integrates mechanical,electrical,electronic and computer science to realize intelligent and automatic production process,significantly improve production efficiency,quality and resource utilization,and ensure the stability and safety of equipment.Its application in intelligent manufacturing covers sensor technology,numerical control technology,automatic production and signal processing technology,remote monitoring technology and intelligent robot technology.The article emphasizes that in order to give full play to the advantages of this technology,the government,enterprises and universities need to cooperate closely to promote technology research and development and personnel training,and help the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
