摘要
新时代强调劳动教育的重要性,劳动教育对实现人的全面发展具有不可替代的作用。该文分析了中华优秀传统文化融入劳动教育的积极价值,如弘扬爱国主义精神,厚植文化自信等;指出了二者深度融合面临的挑战,如对中华优秀传统文化认知有限、对劳动教育的认知不足、劳动教育方式创新不够和劳动教育的保障机制有待完善等;最后探讨了解决方案:在提高相关任教教师传统文化素养的基础上,营造人人爱劳动的校园文化氛围,在理论和实践层面进行相应改变,最大程度发挥互联网技术的积极作用,促使中华优秀传统文化为劳动教育提供全方位的支持,更好发挥劳动教育的育人价值。
The emphasis on labor education in the new era plays an irreplaceable role in achieving comprehensive human development.This article first analyzes the positive value of integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into labor education,such as promoting patriotism and fostering cultural confidence.Then it is pointed out that the deep integration of the two faces many challenges,such as limited understanding of excellent traditional culture,insufficient understanding of labor education,insufficient innovative methods of labor education,and the need to improve the guarantee mechanism of labor education.Finally,the solution is discussed:on the basis of improving the traditional cultural literacy of relevant teachers,create a campus cultural atmosphere where everyone loves work,make corresponding changes in theory and practice,maximize the positive role of Internet technology,promote the Chinese excellent traditional culture to provide all-round support for labor education,and better play the educational value of labor education.
