摘要
目的:探讨逍遥散联合热奄包对治疗乳腺癌术后患者的抑郁状态及术后免疫功能的影响。方法:随机选取2021年8月~2023年8月九江市第一人民医院收治的乳腺癌术后患者62例为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组各31例。对照组术后给予营养支持及对症处理,观察组在对照组基础上加用逍遥散联合热奄包治疗。比较两组中医证候疗效、抑郁状态、睡眠质量、免疫功能及不良反应。结果:观察组中医证候总有效率高于对照组,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及CD8+在治疗后低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NK细胞高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌术后患者应用逍遥散联合热奄包治疗效果较佳,可改善抑郁状态、睡眠质量,提高机体免疫功能,安全性好。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao Powder combined with heat packs on depression and immune function in postoperative breast cancer patients.Methods From August 2021 to August 2023,62 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received postoperative nutritional support and symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was treated with Xiaoyao Powder and heat packs.We compared the efficacy of TCM syndrome,depression,sleep quality,immune function,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The observation group had a higher total effective rate of TCM syndrome than the control group.After treatment,the observation group had lower Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,and CD8^(+)levels,but higher CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,and NK cell levels than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xiaoyao Powder combined with heat packs is effective for postoperative breast cancer patients.It improves depression,sleep quality,and immune function with better safety and is worthy of promotion.
