摘要
我国在历史发展中形成了非常丰富的传统文化,太极拳就是其中之一。在如今国家十分重视传统文化传承与发展的背景下,持续加强太极拳文化的传承与发展,做好高校太极拳课程设计,加强高校太极拳教学十分必要。运用文献法、归纳法阐述了高校太极拳教学传承的重要意义,分析了传统文化传承视角下高校太极拳课程教学存在的问题,并提出了相应的教学路径创新对策,包括丰富太极拳课程的教学形式、增加不同类型的太极拳套路教学内容、加强太极拳理论与实践的融合教学、做好太极拳课程的考核与评估。只有持续促进高校太极拳教学活动的开展,不断提升教学效果,才能促进太极拳这类传统文化的传承与发展。
China has formed a very rich traditional culture in its historical development,and Tai Chi is one of them.In the current context of great importance to the inheritance and development of traditional culture,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the inheritance and development of Tai Chi culture,do a good job in designing Tai Chi courses,and strengthen Tai Chi teaching in colleges.With the literature review and induction,the paper explains the important significance of the inheritance of Tai Chi teaching in colleges,analyzes the problems in the teaching of Tai Chi from the perspective of traditional cultural inheritance and proposes corresponding innovative teaching strategies including enriching the teaching forms,adding different types of routine teaching content,strengthening the integration of Tai Chi theory and practice,and doing a good job in the assessment and evaluation.Continuously promoting the development of Tai Chi teaching activities in colleges and continuously improving teaching effectiveness can promote the inheritance and development of traditional culture such as Tai Chi.
