摘要
该文采用文献资料法与教学实践总结相结合的方法,对思想政治教育在太极拳教学中的设计与实践进行了深入研究与探讨。研究结果显示,在太极拳教学中,可融入的思想政治教育元素包括文化自信、思维方式、武德、意志品质和团队精神等;应通过改进教学方法,实施“三结合”的思政建设路径;思想政治教育的实施应依据太极拳课程特有的教学模式进行组织;应注重教学艺术,使课程思想政治教育达到潜移默化、润物无声的效果。
The research uses the combination of literature review and teaching practice summary to conduct in-depth research and exploration on the design and practice of ideological and political education in Taijiquan teaching.The results show that the optional elements of Ideological and political education that can be integrated into Taijiquan teaching include cultural self-confidence,thinking patterns,martial ethics,will quality and team spirit;It should improve teaching methods and implement the ideological and political construction path of"three-in-one combination";Ideological and political education should be organized and implemented according to the unique teaching mode of Taijiquan curriculum;At the same time,it should pay attention to teaching art,ideological and political education should be imperceptible and moisten things silently.
