摘要
为了提升高校教学楼的智能运维水平和服务质量,结合典型的高校教学楼自身特点和运维需求,本文设计开发了一套基于BIM与Unity技术的智能运维管理平台。首先,进行智能运维系统的总体方案设计,包括基础架构搭建、技术框架流程和数据信息流转;其次,通过三维信息化模型创建与配置、数据管理系统开发、可视化大屏的设计搭建以及设备设施的实时监测,完成各功能模块的开发。獐子岛教学楼实际案例应用结果表明,该运维平台可实现三维模型的可视化查看、数据信息的电子化存储与查询以及监测数据的可视化展示等目标,有效解决了高校教学楼普遍存在的信息化程度不高、管理模式陈旧等现实问题,具有较大的推广和应用价值,也为后续智慧校园、智慧城市运维系统的设计开发提供重要参考。
In order to improve the intelligent operation and maintenance level and service quality of university teaching buildings,combined with the characteristics and operation and maintenance needs analysis of typical university teaching buildings,this article designs and develops an intelligent operation and maintenance management platform based on BIM and Unity technology.Firstly,an overall scheme for the intelligent operation and maintenance system is devised.This includes the infrastructure construction,technical framework process,and data information flow.Furthermore,the development of each functional module involves creating and configuring a three-dimensional information model,developing a data management system,designing and constructing a large visual screen,as well as real-time monitoring of equipment and facilities.The practical application outcomes of Zhangzidao Teaching Building demonstrate that the operation and maintenance platform can effectively achieve the objectives of visualizing 3D models,electronically storing,and retrieving data information,visualizing monitoring data.This platform addresses the prevalent issues of low informatization and outdated management approaches in university teaching buildings.Consequently,it holds significant potential for promotion and application,and serves as a crucial reference for the design and development of subsequent smart campus and smart city operation and maintenance systems.
