摘要
习近平文化思想是新时代中国特色社会主义文化事业发展的行动指南,也是新时代引领对外文化交往的指导思想。中国与非洲都曾创造过灿烂的文化、拥有过辉煌的文明,在习近平文化思想的引领下,中非文化交流与文明互鉴不仅需要追求双方文化间的“重叠共识”,而且还需要坚守自身文脉,开放包容、兼容并蓄,为中非命运共同体建设提供人文底蕴。新时期习近平文化思想引领中非文明交流互鉴的实践逻辑主要体现在:以中非人文交流为基础,增进中非文脉相通;以落实全球文明倡议为纽带,积淀中非命运共同体人文精神;以传播人类文明新形态为动力,建构具有“中国特色、非洲共有”的全球南方话语体系。习近平文化思想为中非文明共存共荣、维护世界文明多样性给出了中国智慧、中国答案,具有重要意义。
Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought is the action guide for the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era,as well as the guiding ideology for foreign cultural exchanges in the new era.China and Africa have both created splendid cultures and possessed glorious civilizations.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought,China and Africa should not only pursue the"overlapping consensus"between the two cultures for cultural exchanges and mutual appreciation of civilizations,but also adhere to their own cultural lineage,be open and tolerant,and be accommodating and inclusive,so as to provide the humanistic heritage for the construction of the China-Africa community of destiny.The new era of Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought has led the way for China-Africa cultural dialogue.The practical logic of Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought in leading the exchange and mutual appreciation of civilizations between China and Africa in the new era is mainly reflected in the following:to enhance the cultural connection between China and Africa based on humanistic exchanges between the two countries;to implement the global civilization initiative as a link to accumulate the humanistic spirit of the community of destiny between China and Africa and to construct a discourse system of the global South with"Chinese characteristics and African commonalities",with the dissemination of the new form of human civilization as the driving force.With the dissemination of new forms of human civilization as the driving force,a discourse system of the global South with"Chinese characteristics and African commonalities"will be built.Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought gives Chinese wisdom and answers for the coexistence and co-prosperity of civilizations in China and Africa and the maintenance of the diversity of world civilizations and is of great theoretical significance.
