摘要
目的探讨黄芪补阳还五汤治疗老年人脑卒中的效果。方法非随机选取2022年3月—2023年5月仁怀市中医院收治的70例脑卒中老年患者作为研究对象。两组均应用补阳还五汤治疗,根据黄芪使用剂量不同分为两组,高剂量(黄芪120 g)为观察组35例,低剂量(黄芪45 g)为对比组35例,比较两组患者的临床症状积分、生活能力及神经功能评分血流动力学指标与临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对比组[97.14%(34/35)vs71.43%(25/35)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.736,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血流动力学指标、血液黏度指标、日常生活活动评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分及中医证候积分评分优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合高剂量黄芪在老年脑卒中患者中的疗效确切,对于脑卒中后脑损伤有明显的缓解作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of stroke in the el-derly.Methods Non-randomly selected seventy elderly patients with stroke treated in Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to May 2023 as the research objects.Both groups were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction.According to the different doses of Astragalus,they were divided into two groups.The high dose(Huangqi 120 g)was thirty-five cases in the observation group,and the low dose(Huangqi 45 g)was thrity-five cases in the control group.The clinical symptom scores,life ability and neurological function scores,hemodynamic indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[97.14%(34/35)vs 71.43%(25/35)],and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes,blood viscosity index,Activity of Daily Living score,Na-tional Institute of Health Stroke Scale score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoc-tion combined with high-dose Astragalus is effective in elderly stroke patients,and has a significant alleviating effect on brain injury after stroke.
