摘要
目的分析营养支持联合康复训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)合并肌少症的临床效果及对肺功能的影响。方法随机选取2023年8月至2024年1月上海市奉贤区奉城医院收治的60例COPD合并肌少症患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组与分析组,每组30例,对照组行常规治疗,分析组在对照组基础上加用营养支持和康复训练治疗,比较两组患者营养状况、肺功能、治疗效果、免疫功能。结果分析组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。治疗后,分析组各项营养状况指标和免疫功能指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,分析组各项肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在COPD合并肌少症患者治疗中开展营养支持和康复训练治疗效果乐观,可有效促进疾病康复,改善患者肺功能及免疫功能。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nutritional support combined with rehabilitation training on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with sarcopenia and its influence on lung function.Meth-ods A total of 60 patients with COPD complicated with sarcopenia treated in Fengxian District Fengcheng Hospital,Shanghai from August 2023 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an analysis group with 30 cases in each group according to different treatment methods.The control group received routine treatment,and the analysis group was treated with nutritional support and rehabilitation train-ing on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,lung function,therapeutic effect,immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the analysis group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the contral group 73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,the nutritional status indexes and the immune function indexes in the analysis group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,all pulmonary function indexes in the analysis group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support and rehabilitation training in the treatment of COPD patients with sarcopenia can effectively promote the rehabilitation of the disease and improve the lung func-tion and immune function of the patients.
