摘要
为了监测上海市奉贤区草莓中多种农药残留水平,选取奉贤区草莓种植户的237批次草莓进行农药残留检测,利用国际估计短期摄入量评估其累积急性膳食摄入风险。结果表明:237批次草莓中共检出农药28种,有农药残留的达187批次,检出率为78.9%;118个批次检出两种及以上农药,存在农药多残留现象,农药多残留检出率为49.8%。28种检出农药的安全指数均小于1,风险系数均小于1.5,表明受检农药处于低风险,对于草莓食用安全的影响是可接受的。草莓上新烟碱类、甲氧基氨基甲酸酯类、三唑类、双酰肼类检出农药的累积急性膳食摄入风险值(%ARf D值)分别为9.615%、5.716%、3.969%、0.263%,均处于低风险水平,属于可接受的范围。
In order to explore the level of multi-pesticide residues in strawberries in Fengxian District,Shanghai,the pesticide residues of 237 strawberry samples from growers in Fengxian District were analyzed,and the cumulative acute dietary intake risk was evaluated according to the international estimated short-term intake(IESTI).The results showed that a total of 237 batches were detected,with 28 pesiticides positive,which the number of batches with pesticide residue was 187,with a positive tests rate of 78.9%.Two or more pesticides were found in 118 batches,with the multi-pesticide residues rate of 49.8%.The safety index of 28 pesticides was less than 1 and the risk coefficient was less than 1.5,which showed that the pesticides tested were at low risk levels and the impact on the food safety of strawberries was acceptable.The cumulative acute dietary intake risk values(%ARfD values)of pesticides detected in neonicotinoids,methoxycarbamates,triazoles and dichydrazides on strawberries were 9.615%,5.716%,3.969%and 0.263%,respectively,all at low risk levels.The cumulative acute dietary intake risk of neonicotinoids,methoxycarbamates,triazoles,and bishydrazides in strawberries in Fengxian District,Shanghai was low and within an acceptable range.
